We ask our guests to wear formal attire to the wedding. We want you to look and feel your best! We would love that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a floor-length gown or midi, knee-length cocktail dress, or a pantsuit. Black tie optional.

We ask that all guests RSVP online. Please see the RSVP tab of the website. The QR code on the RSVP card will take you right to the page! You will also select your dinner option and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

As early as possible, but please RSVP by April 20th, 2024 at the latest.

Our hotel block at the Delta is 650m away from our venue. It is either an 8 min walk or a 2 minute drive. The Sleeping giant B&B’s are directly across the street from the Chanterelle and less than a 100m walk away! There is also a ridesharing app called “U-Ride” or local taxi services. We won’t have a shuttle for guests due to the close proximity to our hotel block. If you don’t have a ride home please let us know and we will ensure a safe ride home.

There is no dedicated parking at the Chanterelle. There is free street parking on Saturday and the Marina has free parking (8min walk). We also would suggest carpooling if possible!

We are very excited to celebrate our day with our closest family and friends and planned the guest list with that in mind. Each invitation will include all those invited, thank you for not bringing extra guests.

Anyone named on your invite is invited to the wedding! If you would rather enjoy a kid-free weekend, that’s fine with us as well.

Check out Lakehead Brewery which is in the same building as the Chanterelle, just one floor lower. Try out some local gelato down the street at Prime Gelato. Enjoy some craft beer at Red Lion. Take a walk at the marina. There are many local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.

Drinks are on us, hangovers are on you! Top shelf, shots and doubles can be purchased with cash or card, cash tips are appreciated by the bartenders.
